Storyline is fantastic. I am a fan of point and click games and this did not disappoint. The only thing is the navigation in the game was a bit difficult and took a while to get used to. Other than that, excellent. I would play it again.

Would love to play it but it crashes on the Dotemu title screen.

Great old game, brought back from the dead.

First off when I bought the game it wouldnt download even though I had enough storage available. Should have headed this as a warning. But I was eager the see how the game was and didnt want to waste $5. So after freeing up additional space it finally decided to download. The storyline is quite interesting as mystery games like this are hard to find. However the controls are less than great at best and I found them very annoying at first. However the most upsetting fact about this game is how glitchy it is. I have made progress in the game and then found myself being set back at least twice (primarily during chapter 3). There is no notification and all progress is just randomly lost. Unless the developers can fix this I can only see this adaptation of the game as a disappointment.

One of the best adventure games ever made, and one of the least played. If you pick it up, though, it will be the best five dollars youve spent.

DotEmu needs to do some more quality assurance for this title. As other reviewers have stated, there are some awful glitches in the game. The game freezes and must be started over. But worst of all entire parts of the game are just missing and you can’t continue – you just wait idly for nothing to happen. Hints in the game do not work properly. They tell you to go to a cart to talk to people but there are not people in that cart and they never come. Deeply disappointing. Buyer beware.

Just as I was excited to find Myst ports, I find this.

Game seems fine , but I cant even enjoy since there is no audio, cant recommend at all. From other reviews I see thats its been a long term issue, and yet its still around.

Good element of train themed mystery. Graphics are interesting. Railroad sounds are melodic.

What a tribute to creativity! This game made me feel humbled at what can be achieved with great art, story and technology! I noted that after the first 15 minutes, I forgot that this was a game, and felt more like a rider on the Orient Express. Each character has been developed well, and the story unfolds in a non-linear way. This game was way ahead of its time when it came out, and I am so glad I was able to get my hands on it through the App Store. These guys deserve belated awards.

I bought this game 15 years ago at a media play for $5 out the bargain bin. Never got to finish it because I last the last disk. Cant wait to play it all over again.

It is a really nice game with a great story. Definitely worth about 2-3 play throughs. There are times when I wish the graphics were a little more fluid and higher quality, but everything else makes up for those things.

I loved this game as a kid and now I can play it on the go :D

I love this game but I cant even get past the first 5mins, once I enter the dining car Im unable to move! No controls just stands there, want a refund

Great story line, interesting characters, very intriguing and addictive. Not too long or short.Can you please make a sequel? I would like to see another ending.
